SENIOR MANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN / SENIOR AUDITOR
As a Senior Manufacturing Technician / Senior Auditor, you’ll take the lead as you…
- Demonstrate development and leadership for a small team
- Demonstrate key meeting facilitation in pre-production, conduct inspection audits, understand testing protocol, review shipment samples, conduct root cause analysis, and develop and follow up on corrective action plans
- Has broad knowledge or hands-on experience in fabrics, garment production processes (incl. washing, printing and embroidery)
- Has extensive hands-on experience in assessing factory capacities and capabilities including ability to line balance, recognizing bottle necks and implement corrective actions
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university, scientific/engineering degree is preferred
- Minimum of 8 years working experience in related field
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Production or quality control assurance experience with knowledge of US/Canada regulatory and safety requirements
- Result oriented, self-motivated, dedicated and committed to continuous learning
- Ability to travel locally and/or internationally
