SALES MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To reach sales revenue and gross margin based on annual budget.
- To manage daily sales operation and to ensure that company objective is reached.
- To communicate and establish relationship with customer at all levels.
- To manage entire business opportunity exist in the market, proactively increase business by using his business approach and be able to meet target/budget and schedule, while meeting organization requirement and to obtain the most profitable business deal.
- To participate proactively in the regional team & establish synergy.
- To maintain high level of understanding of the organization’s business systems, procedures and ensure that all account are settled on time.
- To proactively manages risks, business as well as technical issues and scope throughout sales & technical department.
- To work in a regional matrix organization.
Qualifications:
- Male or female with maximum age of 35 years,
- Strong integrity, energetic, self-confident and able to communicate with people at all level.
- A degree from a reputable university is prerequisite; major in architecture or business administration is preferred.
- Minimum 7 (seven) years of working experience in a well reputable firm dealing with building material (esp. fabrication)
- Familiarity with computer and windows programs
- Proficient in English, both conversational and written, including preparing management reports. Proficiency in Mandarin and/or other Chinese dialect will be an added advantage.
