We are seeking for qualified candidate to fill a position as:
EXECUTIVE CHEF (EC)
Responsibilities :
- Ability to calculate and provide breakdown of food cost
- Able to constantly update all menus and costing
- Supervises and motivates team
- Responsible and coordinates the production and the distribution defined by the chef
Requirements:
- Has experienced as EC at Hotel min. 5 Years
- Min. D III Tourism / Hospitality
General Requirments :
- Min 35 years old
- Excellent computer & English
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Honest, loyal, responsible, ambitious and ability to work under presure
- Based at RSG, Cisarua, Bogor
