OTC LEAD - INDONESIA
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all Logistics (transportation and warehousing) and import export transactions in the country.
- Ensuring Trade Compliance (Logistics Operational Compliance) and adhere to Business Conduct policy for all import / export and local Logistics movement and setting up strong compliance processes working closely with Regional Trade Compliance Lead.
- Ensure smooth and on time order processing and customer deliveries.
- Establish good connectivity with customers and work to create great customer experience. Develop relations with channel partners and guide them to implement sound Logistics processes.
- Develop KPIs for Logistics activities and Customer service, implement and measure.
- Identify opportunities to optimize Logistics cost and implement cost saving projects together with Regional OTC team.
- Work closely with Country S&OP Manager to understand demand supply balance and implement Logistics action plan (agility and urgency) in accordance with S&OP decisions.
- Partner with Sales team to track and manage channel inventory.
- Implement regional and Global process improvement projects in country.
- Ensure safety in Logistics operations and drive safety awareness programmes to vendors and service providers.
- Develop Supply Chain talent in Indonesia.
Requirements :
- Minimum University Degree (pref in Engineering / Business Management / Agriculture).
- Post Graduation in Supply Chain Management / Operations Management will be advantage.
- Excellent in English Communication.
- 9+ years experience in Ag Industry with extensive experience in Manufacturing / Supply Chain Areas with 5 years of people management experience.
- 2 to 3 years of experience of managing cross functional teams.
- Good experience of dealing with Government Agencies such as Customs / Plant Quarantine etc.
- Strong understanding of Order processing and SAP (S&D module) and CRM techniques.
- Excellent knowledge of Supply Chain Processes (Logistics, Import –Export, Order processing, Customer Relations Management) and understanding of drivers that influence Logistics costs.
- Strong Leadership and coordination skills and ability to influence cross functional team.
- Job Placement will be in Jakarta.
