EXECUTIVE CHEF
Requirement:
- Male/Female, age 30-40 years old
- Minimun Diploma in Culinary or hospitality
- At least 2 years of experience in the similar position
- Good knowledge and experience in fine all food.
- Able to read and communicate in English
- Having strong leadership and be able to manage food quality and control kitchen operation.
- Able to calculate food cost
- Able to work professionally under pressure condition
- Dynamic, systematic and detail oriented
- Hard worker, independent, able to work with minimum supervision.
- Honest and willing to work long hour
- Familliar with HACCP and ISO system
