Main Responsibilities:

- To ensure that internal controls, procedures and policies in a company's financial reporting mechanisms are adequate and functional. Also ensures that these procedures comply with regulatory criteria, professional standards and top leadership's recommendations.
- Responsible for supervising investment on behalf of the company, use various strategies to manage funds, supervise creation of corporate financial reports and work with the company to outline future financial goals and strategies.
- To ensure the efficiency, effectiveness, integrity & business focus of financial systems & processes.
- To keep the Management continually aware of the financial state of the operations and give advance warning of any situations which might require corrective action
- To ensure compliance at all times with relevant Company Law, Taxation Law, and Accounting Standards requirements.
Requirements :
- Male or Female, maximum age 35 years old.
- Graduate/Postgraduate majoring in Accounting.
- Experience in Corporate Finance; preferably from Big 4 Accounting Firms from Transaction Advisory Division or Valuation Service Division.
- Good in financial modeling and financial projection.
- Good personality and can work without supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skill.
