BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Professionally and effectively employs marketing skills to achieve target.
- Research and maintain an accurate & current database.
- Identify and develop sources of potential clients.
- Effectively communicate with potential clients via telephone, face-to-face and written communication.
- Advise General Manager and Director of client feedback/comments relating to service.
- Provide a weekly schedule of planned activities.
- Able to match appropriate service to clients’ requirements.
- Able to demonstrate a full knowledge of all Alchemy’s services, relevant selling points and benefits.
- Able to conduct presentations of Alchemy’s proposals to potential clients.
- Keep abreast of competitor activity and recommend any necessary tactical action.
- Provide time-phased, qualified reports on achievement and activities.
- Maintain accurate records of all contacts with clients.
- Maintain high standard of personal presentation.
- Represent in a professional manner at all times.
