IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT - JAKARTA
HOTEL SYSTEMS (Based in Jakarta)
In this role you will be:
- Working with hospitality customers to implement and configure our solutions to meet their business requirements,
- Consulting on best practices, and how to get the most out of the solution, and
- Providing training for FOH and BOH staff on how to use the MICROS solution.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- Hospitality experience at a supervisory level or above,
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken),
- Ability to travel often and be away from home for extended periods (up to 90%),
- Excellent communication, relationship building and organisational skills,
- Strong knowledge of Front Office Management procedures,
- Experience with OPERA PMS / S&C or alternative Property Management Systems,
- Working knowledge of computer applications, IT networks, servers and databases,
- Qualifications in IT, Hospitality, Business or Commerce is desirable.
