We are seeking for qualified candidate to fill a position as:




SOUS CHEFF - BOGOR





Responsibilities:

  • Assists the sous chef in the food production and implementation of new recipes and new menus

  • Check the proper quantity, quality and expiry date of received goods is in accordance with company’s guideline

  • Assists the sous chef in ensuring that health and safety standards are upheld in the kitchen

  • Assists other kitchen staffs in ensuring that the restaurant is keep clean at all times

  • Assists the sous chef in making food requisitions

  • Able to perform monthly inventory check




Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a diploma degree Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent

  • Have the ability to interact with people of different level effectively

  • Min. 2 years experiences in similar position

  • Based at RSG, Cisarua, Bogor
