URGENTLY REQUIRED
We are seeking for qualified candidate to fill a position as:
SOUS CHEFF - BOGOR
Responsibilities:
- Assists the sous chef in the food production and implementation of new recipes and new menus
- Check the proper quantity, quality and expiry date of received goods is in accordance with company’s guideline
- Assists the sous chef in ensuring that health and safety standards are upheld in the kitchen
- Assists other kitchen staffs in ensuring that the restaurant is keep clean at all times
- Assists the sous chef in making food requisitions
- Able to perform monthly inventory check
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma degree Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent
- Have the ability to interact with people of different level effectively
- Min. 2 years experiences in similar position
- Based at RSG, Cisarua, Bogor
