Which is where you come in, because we’re now opening our first store in Indonesia and currently looking for:
Project cum Construction Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire process and manage all operational and administration procedures
- Carry out project planning, cost control, good documentation system and project management
- Provide direction in construction planning, coordinate works with sub-contractors and consultants to ensure overall progress based on schedule of works
- Liaise and handle matters with surveyor, engineer, consulting company pertaining to work related issues
- Control and monitor work progress and ensure work quality
- Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
- Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Degree / Diploma in civil structure or its equivalent
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in project management
- Possess relevant safety certificates (BCSS) and advantage
- Strong sense of responsibility, independent and accountability
- Strong communication skills and highly motivated with excellent team spirit
