MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Receives training and performs duties in several departments
- Learns line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practice that affect each phase of business
- Sets performance goals and objectives with upper managements
- Monitors performance progress with management and key trainers
- Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties
- Receives training in functions and operations of related departments
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Male/Female, Single, max. 26 years old
- Must possess at least a Bachelor degree, fresh graduate from reputable university
- Preferable from Economic / Business Administration / Tehnic / Tourism Academic or equivalent with min GPA 3.0
- Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills
- Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company
- Self motivated with initiative, high optimistic & enthusiastic, result and customer driven oriented
- Creative approach to problem solving
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- Excellent in English (Mandarin is a plus)
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
- Adaptive and fast learner
- Able to work as team and can join immediately
- Willing to be placed outside the city ( Kalimantan )
- Willing to travel
- Willing to take psycho test, written and practical tests, and interview
