We are expanding our travel retail business in Indonesia and are currently looking for a Human Resource Officer based in Surabaya.
Human Resource Officer (Surabaya)
Tasks of the position:
Reporting to the Human Resource Manager you are responsible for all areas of recruitment, payroll, personnel administration and training coordination programs. You will play a key supporting role in recruitment management, compensation and benefits by reviewing annual budget and performance related issues supporting the local market.
Professional competence / qualifications:
Diploma-qualified and above, you have a minimum 5 years experience in HR Administration. It is essential that you are meticulous, organized and responsible. You should have experience in payroll management (EasyPay) and knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
Salary will commensurate with experience
